Hey, that's me

Who Am I?

I’m Dominic Bowker, a filmmaker based in Sonoma County, California. I’m passionate about telling meaningful stories—whether through narrative film or documentary—and I’ve been lucky enough to work on some incredible indie projects over the years. Early on, I found my footing behind the scenes, documenting the creative process on award-winning short films like The Phoenix (directed by Regina Pigsley) and For the Safety of Theo (directed by Christopher Macken), among many others.

Since then, I’ve stepped deeper into the camera department, taking on roles as a Cinematographer, Camera Operator, and Assistant Camera. My work has taken me all over the U.S., and I love collaborating with creative teams to bring unique stories to life.

These days, I’m producing and shooting a wide variety of projects—commercials, music videos, documentaries, and narrative films—for a diverse range of clients across the country. Most of my work is in the Bay Area, and I’m happy to hop on a plane to see where the next project takes me! I’m always up for a new challenge, eager to tell new stories, and excited to keep growing with every project.

I’m always expanding my horizons and experiencing something new. Whatever the production may be, big or small, I will be more than happy to hop on set and work towards the common goal that we believe in. Let’s have a chat to see if my team and I are the right fit for you and your production needs, and let’s get to work!
